Can I import my own footage into AdCut?

Answer: Yes! While AdCut automatically populates with content from AdGPT, you can import your own footage through the library section. Click on "Upload" in the asset library, and you can add your own videos, images, and graphics to use in your ad creation process.

How do I change the order of scenes in my ad?

Answer: You can easily rearrange scenes by dragging and dropping them in the timeline view. Simply click and hold on the scene you want to move, then drag it to the desired position. The timeline will automatically adjust, maintaining synchronization between your visuals, captions, and voiceover.

What if I don't like any of the AI-suggested visuals for a scene?

Answer: If none of the AI suggestions work for you, you have several options: 1) Click "More videos" to view additional suggestions, Browse your asset library to select a different visual, or upload new content. You will be able to search by tag, folder, keyword, or description to find the new clip you're looking for.

Can I adjust the timing of individual scenes?

Answer: Absolutely! Click on any scene in the timeline and use the duration handles to extend or shorten it.

Is there a way to preview my ad before finalizing it?

Answer: Yes, you can preview your ad at any time by clicking the "Preview" button at the top of the editor. This shows your ad exactly as it will appear when published. You can also preview specific sections by selecting them in the timeline and clicking the section preview button.

How do I create multiple versions of my ad for different platforms?

AdCut makes it easy to create variations with the "Duplicate" feature. First, complete your main version, then click the duplicate button when selecting the name of the video in the top left menu.

Can I collaborate with my team in AdCut?

Answer: Yes! AdCut supports team collaboration -- Share your project using the "Share" button and select the link to send to your team! Team members can make changes directly to the project :)

How can I save my custom styles for future ads?

Answer: Any custom styles you create for captions, text overlays, or animations can be saved as presets. Create a new preset and it will be saved to your profile for future use in videos as well.

What are the recommended video lengths for different platforms?

Answer: Generally, we recommend 15-30 seconds for most social platforms, 6-15 seconds for ads, and 1-3 minutes for more detailed product demonstrations.
