Ads Manager is the simple way to get your ads from Icon straight to Facebook without the hassle of downloading and re-uploading files. It handles moving your ad files so you don't have to switch between tools or waste time with extra steps. You can upload both images and videos directly to your Facebook creative library or add them to a specific adset you're already running.

How to Get Started
Connect to Facebook
Go to the Ads Manager section in Icon
Click "Connect Meta Account" and follow the login steps
Allow Icon to access your Facebook ad account
You'll see a confirmation message when the connection is successful
Get Your Ads Ready
Choose ads you've created with Icon's tools like AdGPT, Kanva, or Adcut
Make sure your ads meet Facebook's size and format requirements
Take a quick look to make sure everything looks good
Pick Where to Send Your Ads
Decide if you want to add to your Facebook creative library or a specific adset
If going to an adset, pick the campaign and adset from the dropdown
If adding to your creative library, choose which folder to put it in (if you use folders)
Upload Your Ads
Click the "Select Ads" button in the top right corner of the screen
Choose the ads you want to upload from your Icon library
After selecting your ads, click the "Upload" button in the bottom middle of the screen
For videos, make sure they're in the right format for Facebook
For images, check that the dimensions will work for Facebook ads

Upload in batches: Send multiple ads at once to save time
Name things clearly: Use names that will help you find the ads later in Facebook
